Warranty terms are set out in writing in your quote and handed over as a document at project close. Modular carpentry is covered against manufacturing defects, and the manufacturer warranty on hardware, appliances and finishes is passed through to you.

Yes, and it is common in Chennai renovations. We phase the work room by room, seal off active zones with dust barriers, do the noisy demolition in a concentrated block rather than spread over weeks, and pre-fabricate carpentry off-site so on-site work is assembly. It extends the timeline somewhat but avoids the cost of temporary accommodation.
